Kundalini yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. Through the practice we raise our consciousness – our Kundalini energy – and we connect with the part of ourselves that is eternal, pure, and true.

Kundalini yoga classes consist of a combination of asanas (postures), pranayam (conscious movement of prana through the breath), mudras (hand seals), bhandas (energy locks) and mantra (sounds that evelate the mind). It is a technology that works on the nervous system, glandular system, meridians, organs and the electromagnetic field to improve overall health and vitality.

Teaching & certification

Dana is a certified Kundalini yoga instructor. She discovered Kundalini yoga in 2010 when she was living abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina and quickly felt the tangible benefits of the practice, going on to complete her teacher training in 2015. Dana is also a certified Prana Vinyasa and Restorative yoga instructor, which weave their way into her classes for a unique blend of practices that harmonize body, mind and spirit. Dana finds joy in empowering others to amplify their capacity, love and awareness through the practice. Her teaching style is grounding, uplifting and integrative.
