Cancellation Policy

Please notify Dana at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancelled sessions with at least 24 hours notice will be refunded in full, minus a 3% transaction fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. There is no refund policy for no-shows.
