Join us for an evening of vibrational sounds and songs with Dana. We will start with an opening circle to hold space for sharing prayers and intentions. Then each guest will be invited into a meditative space through breath and visualization, and on into the sound journey where Dana will weave together frequencies from the gong, crystal bowl, flutes, harmonium and voice. After the sound bath we will shift into a group Kirtan, an opportunity to learn some simple mantra chants and tone your own sacred sound in community. Dana will also share some of her original songs!
