mindfulness somatic coaching
Mindfulness Somatic Coaching is a body-centered approach to personal growth and healing, rooted in the techniques and principles of Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy. This method blends mindfulness, somatic awareness, and compassionate self-inquiry. Through ongoing work together, we'll explore your lived experience with curiosity and non-judgment, helping you to tend to your emotional landscape, cultivate embodied presence, and deepen your mind-body connection. Learn more about the Hakomi Method here.
Our initial sessions will focus on building rapport and getting familiar with working together. You’ll have the opportunity to share your current situation, goals, and aspirations for this work, as well as what brought you here. There’s no pressure to share your full history right away; these details can unfold naturally over time.
As we deepen into the work together, we’ll study your internal organization, history, and the barriers you come up against, often by slowing down and tuning into subtle experiences. I’ll guide you with small, focused explorations to deepen your self-study. This approach helps us learn from the experience itself, rather than merely talking about it (bottom-up approach instead of top-down).
My commitment throughout our time together is to provide a safe space for you to learn about yourself, access and transform unconscious beliefs, and foster a greater sense of wholeness and agency in your life.
