When we think of exotic vacations, we picture the beautiful vistas and amazing architectures of far off places, places that usually involve a stamp on our passport. We often forget that there are amazing adventures to be found right inside of ourselves. We are crafted from energy and when we connect to it, we can travel beyond body and mind to places more amazing than we can imagine. There, we can find our Self.
We are bursting with excitement about this retreat! We’ve planned 4 days of restorative yoga practices and relaxation that will enable you to deeply connect with, and clarify, your energetic self. We’ll tune into our energy through a holistic suite of yoga offerings – movement, breath, meditation and sound – with plenty of time built it to rest and restore…
