While the world that we live in is filled with beauty, wonder and love, it's also filled with chaos and confusion. To successfully navigate the changing currents of life, we must learn to be clear in our presence, intention and direction. In this workshop, Carin and Dana combine their craft to offer a unique alchemy of movement, breath, meditation and sound, taking you on a journey of energetic clarification. Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, VIn-Yin Yoga and Sound Healing, we will explore, tune and cleanse our energy to allow our clarity to arise from within.
