This Highly Inspired event is a great way to wind down your week with an evening of sound vibrations. Therapeutic tones of a sound bath have been known to reduce anxiety levels and enhance the mood.

We’ll begin the evening with a little social featuring a full herbal mocktail bar. Then we’ll glide into a guided heart based sound journey using flute, gong, and Kirtan. Kirtan is a Sanskrit word for story-telling to express love and devotion. So come out to raise your vibrations and offer yourself some well deserved self-love.

Space is limited. 21+ only. Attendees are also welcomed to BYOH 🌿
