Event Description:

Spring is a time for beginnings. The seedlings that we’ve planted for new life and new visions begin to unfurl. The natural energy of the season invites rejuvenation, creativity, and expansion for mind, body, and spirit.

Join us in the healing space of vibrational sound as Dana guides you through a journey of inner balance and renewal. The evening will begin with a guided meditation to help you align with the nourishing energy of Spring, followed by an immersive sound experience of tones and melodies from the gong, singing bowls, harmonium, flutes, chimes, and voice.
