The Guided Heart Sound Bath

Welcome to the space of the heart - your guide; your radiance; your well of wisdom. Join us in the experience of vibrational sound as Dana guides you through a journey of reconnection with your heart's healing balm. The evening will begin with a guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound experience with tones and melodies from the gong, singing bowls, harmonium, flutes, and voice. We'll end with some time for reflection and journaling.

Tender heart? Open heart? Disconnected heart? Grieving heart? Wherever you find yourself, this space is for you. Come rejuvenate your nervous system, soothe your mind, and be witness to the presence of your own loving heart. Dress in comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle and journal.
